Kevin Kubiak began his residential real estate sales career in 1995 and then received his master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California in 1999. He has been instrumental in over 170 transactions totaling more than $400 million and since his partnership with Ron and Debbie Millar in 2004, he has participated in excess of $210 million worth of sales, $88 million of which have occurred in 2005. Kubiak specializes in the high-end market of the luxurious California Riviera and is especially knowledgeable in the acquisition and sale of investment properties.

After obtaining her real estate sales license in 2005, Mesha Swart began apprenticing under Kevin Kubiak and Debbie and Ron Millar, three of Orange County’s leading sales executives. Since that time, Swart has been instrumental in coordinating the closings of over $200 million in residential real estate transactions in some of Orange County’s most high-end and exclusive communities, including Baycrest, Shady Canyon and Newport Coast. A Cum Laude graduate of University of California, Irvine and a mother of two, Swart has resided in Newport Beach for over 14 years.
